This Agreement, any and all pricing and discounts contained herein, and any related proposals or correspondence between the Customer and the Company (H.E.R. Executive ) shall be considered confidential information. The customer agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may disclose such information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations set forth herein. Customer agrees to take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of and avoid disclosure or use of such confidential information in order to prevent it from falling into the public domain or the possession of persons other than those persons authorized hereunder to have any such information, which measures shall include the highest degree of care that it utilizes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature.

All sales are final, and the Company (H.E.R. Executive Associates) offers no money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase. 

No Warranties.
